Postage & Packaging:

All items in the shop are ready to ship anywhere in the UK and Australia and will be posted through Aus Post within 3 working days. Please allow up to 10 business days for UK orders.

Your Sun Baby Silver treasures come in a reusable velvet pouch and are packaged in FSC certified branded boxes (made from 70% recycled material and 100% recyclable).

The tissue paper and mailing boxes are also recycled and acid free.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene laws I cannot accept any returns for earrings, and I cannot exchange or refund anything which is made bespoke to order. Please feel free to ask me any questions before you purchase !

Other items can be exchanged within 30 days of buying, however you will be responsible for delivery costs to return the item to me, and for me to send a new piece to you. If you do return an item please include a note with your full name, return address, order number and email.
